The Exorcist Review
Kek, I saw this movie when I was 12. Meaning that staircase scene was being in the real hell for a few seconds. Don't get me wrong, it still lacks replay value because it’s one of the rare horror movies that was too effective in a good way (unlike horror movies like Saw or Hostel, if not Piranha 3D which were too effective in a bad way).Granted the premise alone was what the 70s were meant to be all about in terms of exploiting things all the way next to Alien or The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Watch it for mostly the premise and if you’re a top horror auteur despite it probably being watchable enough by today’s standards.
