Seed of Chucky Review
So this movie was a thing, even though it didn't need to be. I blame mostly Freddy vs. Jason for giving whatever studio made this cause to think a sequel to the oh so renowned Bride of Chucky was urgent. I remember even the trailer, while genuinely scary (at least for me at the time) was misleading: Glen and Chucky were not the same person. Don't get me wrong, it does its best to the point it even tries to flirt with, if not surpass, torture porn (mainly in a scene where Glen is a "@#$%£π* natural", amongst other memorable examples). I just thought it was a movie that felt more fun to make than actually watch. But hey, at least the first Child's Play is a masterpiece by comparison.
