Psycho (1960) Review
It was okay for the most part. I mean it’s been, what? More than half a century since it was released? Just as most people remember the Godfather over Citizen Kane most people probably feel the same with movies like Scream or the Blair Witch Project (even though I’ve never seen the latter) over Psycho. That's not to say it’s a bad film anyway. Even if it’s now dated for its genre the premise and execution alone are inspired nonetheless and still works as a character study given Hitchcock’s eerie source of inspiration.
