Monsters (2010) Review
I'm honestly not sure why this counts as horror. Granted I remember the giant alienoids being rather unsettling. Let alone the journey in itself having a suspenseful moment here and there. Otherwise it's mostly a slight yet clever sci-fi that definitely aims for epic with its scope despite what it had to work with at the time. Plus it's Mr. Edwards's directorial debut, let alone the only original sci-fi idea he would conjur up before he would go on to direct The Creator a decade later.
So if you have the patience for what you know you're getting yourself into then...yeah.
