Alien vs. Predator: Requiem Review
I think the best way I can describe this movie in terms of the hype is everything Alien vs. Predator lacked that it needed to be on the same level as Freddy vs. Jason. The difference being that it took only three years to make and, by default, was done wrong. In fact I don’t really remember much from this movie past the predalien being a textbook case of idea over execution and how grizzly some of the deaths were (despite it being a suitably R rated AVP movie, to its unwarranted detriment). It just looked like a fair idea made by someone who couldn’t hide how disinterested in it they were. Like I said with the first AVP: You’re better off seeing them fight the caped crusader.
